How quickly do you respond to a contact request?

Is an initial consultation free of charge?
Yes. A 30- to 45-minute initial consultation is always free and non-binding. We discuss your starting position, check whether and how we can help, and outline next steps. A cost and effort estimate is only provided once you request a concrete offer.

Do you work across Germany or only regionally?
We serve clients throughout the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Remote delivery is the norm; on-site work focuses on North Rhine-Westphalia, the Rhineland and the Ruhr area. On-site engagements elsewhere are arranged case by case.
How do you handle confidential information?
Confidentiality is mandatory, not optional. Before substantive conversations we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Data is processed exclusively in German data centres; all employees are contractually bound to confidentiality and GDPR-trained.
What company sizes do you serve?
Our services range from small businesses with 10 employees to mid-sized groups with several thousand users. We frequently work with SMEs and with organisations in regulated sectors (KRITIS, NIS2, ISO 27001).
