From request to a ready setup
Ordering is kept simple on purpose. You tell us what you need. We take care of the rest.
Step 1
Request
You pick a size, modules and bundles. Then you send a request with no obligation. This creates no contract and no payment step.
Step 2
Agree
We check your request. We work out the price from the number of users, the modules and how you run it. If you like, we do this with your sales partner.
Step 3
Set up
Once approved, we set up your environment under the ID you asked for. The core suite and all booked modules roll out on their own.
Request a package with no obligation
We check your request and set up your environment once it is approved. Required fields are marked with *.
Technical foundation
Under the hood are proven open-source building blocks: Jitsi and Element Call for video, Documenso for e-signatures and Postiz for social media. The phone system builds on Asterisk.
Questions about packages and ordering
What is included, how you add more and what happens after your request.
- What is in the core suite?
- The core suite is the digital office, and it is active in every setup. It covers email with calendar and contacts, encrypted chat, video, files and office apps, and single sign-on with MFA. Our own phone system is in development and not rolled out yet.
- Can I add or cancel modules later?
- Yes. You can add or remove modules and bundles at any time. Admins in your company can also do this on their own in the admin portal. Only the changed services get installed or removed. The rest of your setup stays as it is.
- What does the appointment booking module do?
- SecTepe appointment booking replaces services such as Calendly or Microsoft Bookings. It reads free slots live from your staff calendars. New bookings land in the calendar right away. Video appointments get a meeting link on their own. Reminders go out 24 hours and one hour before.
- What does the meeting room module do?
- The meeting room module is an alternative to Microsoft Teams Rooms. A mini PC in the room shows the room calendar on the display. It starts the current meeting with one touch, whether it runs in SecTepe.Comm, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You pair and manage the devices from one place. You need no Teams Rooms license.
- Which size fits us?
- Basic is for small teams of about 5 to 15 people. Business fits mid-sized companies with 15 to 150 people, and Enterprise fits groups of 150 users or more. This is a first rough guide. We quote the price for each setup.
- What is the requested ID for?
- The ID becomes part of your setup's address (subdomain). It names your company on the platform. You may use lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, 3 to 32 characters long.

How we work with you
We want to work with you for the long run, not just deliver once. Our way of working has four steps. So you always know what comes next, who does what and what you get.
1. Free initial conversation
We learn where you stand and what you want. In 30 to 45 minutes we check if we are a good fit. We show you options and answer your questions. There is no obligation.
2. Current state review
We check where you stand today: tech, processes and rules. You get a list of strengths and gaps, sorted by urgency. Our offer is based on it.
3. Delivery with a dedicated lead
An experienced lead guides you through the project. You get clear goals, an open plan for time and cost, and a status every week. All results are written down and belong to you.
4. Running and reviewing
After the project we stay with you. We run systems for you, check them at set times and keep track of open tasks. When new threats or new rules come up, we get in touch.
